Only if your ship to is in NV or you are transacting in the state of Nevada. All others are tax exempt except some PA transactions. Clark Co. / Las Vegas Tax Rate is currently 8.25% as of 2018.

Yes, we primarily ship watches via Ebay Intl Shipping Program. Which processes Intl Paperwork, Customs, Import Duties automatically.We are not experts in this area. Watches are shipped to Ebays KY Intl. Export Facility after e-sale.  We don’t ship to Italy or W. Africa or E. Europe.We can typically ship to NAFTA countries directly. I.E. Canada and Mexico w/o any issue.
